A Walk Through Time

GAP is the oldest state or regional golf association in the country. It started courtesy of a friendly competition – the Team Matches – and has grown into the preeminent golf association in the country. Along the way, golf history has been made.

A Pair of Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructors Featured
as Keynote Speakers at Trackman University Seminar


  A day of learning and education about the golf swing just got even better, as Brian Manzella, a Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and coach of PGA Tour professional David Toms, will be in attendance as the keynote presenter at the TrackMan University Seminar on Monday, Oct. 8 at Jericho National Golf Club, sponsored by the Golf Association of Philadelphia.

  Manzella joins Dom DiJulia of the Dom DiJulia School of Golf, which is headquartered at Jericho National Golf Club, as the featured presenters on the day. The all-day seminar will feature indoor and outdoor sessions with Manzella and DiJulia as well as TrackMan Golf’s Justin Padjen.

  DiJulia and Manzella's joint appearance will give people in the Philadelphia region the rare opportunity to see two Top 100 Instructors working in tandem at the same event. DiJulia was featured on the GAP web site and in the Golf Association of Philadelphia Magazine throughout the year with his thoughts on TrackMan and how it can be used to help the player improve. Manzella, based out of English Turn Golf & Country Club just outside of New Orleans, has proven over the years that his understanding of the cause and effect in the golf swing and resulting ball flight is among the best in the industry.

  â€śThere is no doubt that TrackMan helps me improve golfers faster,” Manzella said. “TrackMan immediately gives me the information I need to determine if the golfer is making the changes necessary to improve. The student can also see the information and it helps them to understand what we are trying to achieve.”

  For Professionals, Manzella said that enrolling in TrackMan University is a no brainer.

  â€śEvery serious golf instructor should go through TrackMan University. Knowing how the club and ball interacts to produce different ball fights are THE fundamentals to teaching the game,” said Manzella.

  The cost to attend the conference is $175. To attend and gain a one-year membership to TrackMan University, the cost is $475. Click here to register for the event.
