A Walk Through Time

GAP is the oldest state or regional golf association in the country. It started courtesy of a friendly competition – the Team Matches – and has grown into the preeminent golf association in the country. Along the way, golf history has been made.

Llanerch Country Club hosts the 115th BMW Philadelphia Amateur Championship June 16-18 & 20.

BMW Philadelphia Amateur entries open

  Registration for the 115th BMW Philadelphia Amateur Championship is open.

  The event, open to GAP Member Club golfers with a handicap index of 7.0 or less, will take place June 16-18 & 20 at Llanerch Country Club. Exempt players entered and those who qualify at Kennett Square Golf & Country Club on May 12, Mercer Oaks Golf Course (East) on May 16 and Plymouth Country Club on May 18 will comprise a field of 144.

  Last month, the Association announced BMW as its exclusive automotive partner. Starting in 2015, BMW of North America and the Delaware Valley BMW Centers will serve as presenting partner of the BMW Philadelphia Amateur Championship.
