Ambrose Abbracciamento of Jericho National Golf Club, a junior at San Diego State University, tied for 16th in the Pioneer Creek Collegiate Sept. 9-10 at Pioneer Creek Golf Club in Maple Plain, Minn. Playing as an individual, Abbracciamento, of Washington Crossing, Pa., carded rounds of 75, 71 and 72 for a 2-over-par 218 total.


Dan Altieri of Makefield Highlands Golf Club, a senior at Swarthmore College, tied for fifth in the Frederick W. Anton, III Memorial Tournament Sept. 16 at Rock Manor Golf Club in Wilmington, Del. Altieri, of Skillman, N.J., carded a 6-over-par 77. He also tied for sixth in the Muhlenberg Invitational Oct. 1 at Lehigh Country Club. Altieri carded a 6-over-par 75. He finished 14th in the Montgomery Cup Sept. 22-23 at Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort with rounds of 74 and 71.


Dawson Anders of Indian Valley Country Club, a sophomore at Temple University, tied for 11th in the City 6 Challenge Nov. 10 at Galloway National Golf Club. Anders, of Telford, Pa., carded a 10-over-par 81. He tied for 36th in the Bucknell Invitational Oct. 8-9 at Bucknell Golf Course in Lewisburg, Pa. Playing as an individual, Anders carded rounds of 76 and 72.


John Barone of Glenmaura National Golf Club, a redshirt senior at Temple University, tied for first in the City 6 Championship Nov. 10 at Galloway National Golf Club. Barone, of Dunmore, Pa., carded a 5-over-par 76. He finished second in the Bucknell Invitational Oct. 8-9 at Bucknell Golf Course in Lewisburg, Pa. Barone carded rounds of 66 and 68 in leading the Owls to a team victory. He tied for third in the Cornell Invitational Sept. 15-16 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Ithaca, N.Y. Barone followed a pair of 68s with a 73. He tied for 12th in the Firestone Invitational Sept. 30-Oct. 2 at Firestone Country Club (North) in Akron, Ohio. Barone carded rounds of 71, 69 and 75. Anthony Barr of Blue Bell Country Club, finished fourth in the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic Oct. 6-7 at The Bridges Golf Club in Abbottstown, Pa. Barr, of Souderton, Pa., carded rounds of 74 and 71. He tied for seventh Dickinson Fall Invitational Sept. 11 at Carlisle Barracks Golf Course. Barr carded a 1-over-par 73. Cara Basso of Whitford Country Club, a senior at Penn State University — University Park, tied for second in the Nittany Lion Invitational Sept. 22-23 at Penn State Golf Course in State College, Pa. Basso, of Downingtown, Pa., carded rounds of 74, 69 and 70. She finished second outright in the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational Oct. 5-7 at University Club of Kentucky (Big Blue Course) in Lexington, Ky. Basso carded rounds of 72, 68 and 67. She tied for sixth in the Princeton Invitational Sept. 29=30 at Springdale Golf Club in Princeton, N.J. Basso carded rounds of 75 and 71. Buonocore, of Newtown Square, Pa., carded rounds of 78 and 80. He tied for 12th in the Battle at the Brook Sept. 8-9 at Plum Brook Country Club in Sandusky, Ohio. Lukas Clark of Jericho National Golf Club, a sophomore at Penn State University – University Park, recorded a collegiate career-best score of 72 during the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate Oct. 12-14 at East Tennessee State University in Jonesborough, Tenn. Competing as an individual, Clark, of Holland, Pa., carded rounds of 78 and 73 to open the event.


Michael Cook of Applebrook Golf Club, a senior at Drexel University, tied for 34th in the Quechee Club Collegiate Challenge Sept. 22-23 at Quechee Club in Quechee, Vt. Cook, of Berwyn, Pa., carded rounds of 77 and 76. He tied for 44th in the Alex Lagowitz Memorial Invitational Sept. 8-9 at Seven Oaks Golf Club in Hamilton, N.Y. Cook sandwiched a 75 with a pair of 76s.


Kevin Conners, Jr. of Whitford Country Club, a senior at the University of Notre Dame, tied for 44th in the Northern Intercollegiate Sept. 15-16 at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Ill. Playing as an individual, Conners, of Downingtown, Pa., carded rounds of 74, 77 and 76.


Andrew Cornish of RiverCrest Golf Club & Preserve, a junior at Penn State University – Berks, earned North Eastern Athletic Conference Golf of the Week honors on four occasions. Cornish, of Limerick, Pa., broke a program record for low score during the Franklin & Marshall College Fall Invitational Oct. 15 at Bent Creek Country Club. He carded a 4-under-par 67 en route to individual medalist honors. Cornish led Penn State Berks to victory in the Alvernia University Fall Invitational Oct. 9 at LedgeRock Golf Club. He earned runner-up honors with a 1-under-par 71. Cornish finished second in the Lebanon Valley College Fall Invitational Oct. 22 at Lebanon Country Club. He carded a 2-over-par 74. Furthermore, Cornish tied for second in the Elizabethtown Invitational Sept. 18 at Hershey Country Club (East). He carded a 2-under-par 68. Cornish tied for fourth in the Penn State Harrisburg Fall Invitational Sept. 16-17 at Country Club of Harrisburg. He carded rounds of 77 and 74. Cornish tied for 10th in the Moravian Weyhill Classic Sept. 22 at Saucon Valley Country Club (Weyhill). He carded a 6-over-par 78. In nine rounds of play this fall, Cornish boasted a 74.2 scoring average.


Matthew Davis of Aronimink Golf Club, a sophomore at Villanova University, tied for 20th in the Wildcat Invitational Sept. 28-30 at White Manor Country Club. Davis, of Newtown Square, Pa., carded rounds of 76, 75 and 70.


Luke Fayocavitz of Glen Oak Country Club, a sophomore at York College, tied for 15th in the Montgomery Cup Sept. 22-23 at Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort. David Gall of Riverton Country Club, a senior at Cabrini College, was named Atlantic East Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week Oct. 23. Gall, of Cinnaminson, N.J., led the Cavaliers to a fifth-place finish in the Gino Biondi Memorial Tournament at Glenmaura National Golf Club. He carded rounds of 81 and 76 to place sixth. Gall finished third in the Atlantic East Fall Invitational Oct. 15 at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View, Del. He carded a 4-over-par 76. Jimmy Gillespie of Concord Country Club, a sophomore at Penn State University – Altoona, won the Williamsport Collegiate Sept. 24 at Williamsport Country Club in Williamsport, Pa. Gillespie, of Glen Mills, Pa., carded a 4-over-par 75. He tied for second in the Penn State Behrend Invitational Oct. 1 at Lawrence Park Golf Course in Erie, Pa. Gillespie posted a 74. He tied for 15th in the AMCC Championships Oct. 7 at Avalon Lakes Golf & Country Club in Warren, Ohio. He carded rounds of 81 and 82. Gillespie tied for 18th in the La Roche College Invitational Sept. 18 at Wildwood Golf Club in Allison Park, Pa. He carded a 10-over-par 81. David Herbst of West Shore Country Club, a senior at Lebanon Valley College, won the Dutchmen Fall Invitational Oct. 22 at Lebanon Country Club. Herbst, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., carded a 2-under-par 70. He earned Middle Atlantic Conference Golf of the Week honors as a result of his performance. Herbst tied for second in the Muhlenberg Invitational Oct. 1 at Lehigh Country Club. He carded a 4-over-par 73.
