36-hole individual stroke play.
Open to junior boys of member clubs who are between the ages of 14 and 18, as long as they have not started their college career and have not reached their 19th birthday by the day of the event. Players must have a USGA Handicap Index of 7.0 or less. Any player who qualifies for the Junior Boys’ Championship (Championship Flight) or competes in the final of the First Flight and whose USGA handicap index is over 7.0 will be eligible to compete.       AGE LIMIT min: 14  max: 18      ROUNDS min: 10     HCP INDEX min: -6  max: 7  
Entries are limited to 78 players. Entries will be accepted from the lowest handicaps of those entered and those who qualified for match play in the Junior Boys’ Championship (Championship Flight) or those who competed in the final of the First Flight. Any ties at the highest acceptable handicap will be settled by lot.
Practice Rounds
Practice rounds are available June 25, 26, 27, 29 & 30 and July 2, 7 & 9. Please call 610-272-4704, no more than five days in advance, to schedule a practice round. The practice round fee is $30 and walking is permitted. Payment may be made via credit card.
Starting Times
First Tee and Tenth Tee, starting at 7:30 A.M.
Automotive transportation is not permitted in this event. Players may carry their own bag or bring their own caddie. For individual events, a player may not use any parent or relative, 19 years of age or older, as a caddie during any phase of the competition. For team events, a parent or relative, 19 years of age or older, may not caddie for any member of the side. Parents or relatives, 19 years of age or older, are also not permitted to caddie within any group containing their child/relative. If the host facility allows the use of push carts, a player may use a push carts during the event.   
Gross prizes.
Sudden death play-off for low gross. All other ties to be broken by using the USGA recommended scorecard tiebreaking method.
