| Eligibility | Open to all GAP Members (male and female), 19 years of age or older, who have a valid GHIN handicap through a GAP Member Club. |

| Pairings | Groups of four. Players from the same club may be paired together. |
| Starting Times | Shotgun starts will be utilized for all Member Play Days. |
| Carts | All players must take a cart for this event. The cart fee is included in the registration fee. |
| Prizes | All prizes will be in the form of gift certificates, good for merchandise at the Host Club. |
| Ties | All ties to be broken by using the USGA recommended scorecard tiebreaking method. |

| Food/Beverage | A small cold-cut lunch buffet will be available between 11:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m and was included in the entry fee. A beverage cart will be available during the round. The bar will be open after the round. Cash is the only payment option accepted at Talamore. |
